The Getsurei (RP event)

A chemical plant has been dumping their waste into the main lakes of Haeven. They've made a Public Service Announcement that the residue of their chemicals can show strange effects in certain pokemon. This especially applies to baby pokemon. Signs of what scientist are diagnosing as Hyrouin Syndrome have already started breaking out. While many will die from this fatal disease 7 special pokemon of an ancient prophecy will have the powers to control this cursed gift and save the Haeven region.
Symptoms are:

• Unusual skin pigment

• Extraordinary stats at birth

• and a Unique move received at a random level

Side effects may be:

• Lack of ability to have a Trainer

• Lack the ability to evolve

Edit:Scientist have done further research on the powers of the disease and have found out the disease has 7 different levels:

• Hiatsu(Infected)

• Kazetsu(Infected)

• Kaminaritsu(Infected)

• Tsuchitsu(Infected)

• Mizutsu(Infected)

• Koritsu

and

• Kitsu

Each one has different variations of side effects and ablities.

Day 3: Travelers have spotted shadows of pokemon emerging from the BarkTree Lake. Could this have something to do with the chemical spill?
Day 5: The lab where the Hyrouin Syndrome was being researched has been destroyed. It appears 7 pokemon with the disease may have had something to do with it.

(P.S To be eligible for this RP you would have to stay a level 5 until you were chosen and its random so you might not even be chosen so yeah good luck to all trying to join this)
(P.S.S in order to be apart of this event you would have to not have any major positions on any other keys or files for the sake of everyone getting something special and not one person having like a team leader an e4 member and special RP powers, however you could try to be an org leader on this file.)

or do we need to play one? cause we can't do random moves at random levels

The event starts when i find people that stay starter pokemon and ill ask them if they want to become one.

well i'm guessing first, somebody has to be able to get the host files from jonny or where ever they come from, so that we could get a host up while he's away.. maybe one that'll stay up through the night?
