Weather isnt on every outdoor space, its covering the player's screen, not the map.

I know that it DOES cause lag, but i'm not sure if I want to remove weather.

OKay, the attack icons, or whatever, they arent deleted, something else must be happening, i was doing some research for my new guide(im tired of answering questions) when i found this:







they're hard to see, but those attack icons(w/e) are just... there with no pokemon using them......
