Region/ route names

OI know the towns have names... but i dont know which names goes to which town... and do the routes or regions between the downs have names?

i'm kinda drawing a map and would like to know.. if not i'll just make it up as i go.

well, there are kinda names,
the towns have names, the caves have names and yeah, the secret area's are called by there pokemons like
the secret croagunks and secret sealeo's and shit like that
and brandon's mansion is called......... brandon's mansion >_> wow what a suprise

So, if i made up the map. and put route A somebody would say route A is actually called... something else?

or what are the names?
