What's the dealie on the Tragedy Formation?

I logged on today, and something new showed up. A money icon in the bottom left corner of my screen, above the login/out log. When I click it, I get this message:

Tragedy Formation

You will gain 50% more money than you would normally get from killing enemies.

And it works, I'll give you that. But who gets this? Does it have a recharge time? Will it disapeer permanently after some uses? These are the kind of question I'd like answered.

What happened was, Your Organization won an Org War...So you get that ...

You get that when your org wins a war, even if you weren't n it or on at the time.
It lasts, or should last, for 30 minutes.
