Questions are Blue
Annoying things asked are Orange

So you are new to PBS or you need a little help, thats what this guide is for. Pokemon Bloodstone is a unique PVP game on Byond that is like no other there. You can be a trainer and fight your way up to the Elite Four or you can choose to be a pokemon and be apart of an Organization or fight with a trainer to the top.
Lets get started XD

Starting Out

Ok so the game just loaded and you dont know what to do. Click New on the screen or if your returning and already made a character but didnt like it click delete, or if you are returning click continue. If you click new you will be asked which do you want to be, A Pokemon or A Trainer. I will cover both of the options below.

Choosing Pokemon
When you choose Pokemon as the option you will then be asked what town is your Home Town, all this does is start you in that town. *The default start town is New Life Town.*
-After all that get done you will be taken to a maze to choose a pokemon.
-You choose a pokemon by finding that pokemon NPC and right clicking on it and click touch
-There is many different kinds of pokemon in the maze DO NOT ASK FOR LOCATIONS OF POKEMON
The pokemon that is in the maze are:
-Pidgey -Shinx -Chikorita -Croagunk -Poliwag -Chimchar
-Spearow -Growlith -Buizel -Cleffa -Drifloon -Piplup
-Egg* -Houndour -Magikarp -Aipom -Electrike -Slowpoke
-Pichu -Treecko -Feebas -Elekid -Glameow -Togepi
-Charmander -Absol -Ralts -Gligar -Meowth -Spheal
-Squirtle -Gastly -Scyther -Sneasel -Starly -Snorunt
-Bulbasaur -Duskull -Magby -Cranidos -Skitty -Eevee
-Cyndaquil -Torchic -Aron -Shieldon -Trapinch -Igglybuff
-Totodile -Mudkip -Rhyhorn -Pachirisu -Turtwig

Choosing Trainer
When you choose Pokemon as the option you will then be asked what town is your Home Town, all this does is start you in that town. *The default start town is New Life Town.*
-After that gets done you will be taken to your town, but Prof. Rowan want to talk with you. (to close the poketech just click on it)
-Once you get to his lab (you will automatically get teleported that) you will be asked which starter pokemon do you want *This is random*
-After you choose you journey as a trainer begins.
-The levels of the Gym Leaders pokemon NPC are as followed in order
Eevee Gym-level 20-25
Flying Gym-level 30-35
Grass Gym-level 40-45
Electric Gym-level 50-55
Water Gym-level 60-65
Dark Gym-level 70-75
Ghost Gym-level 80-85
Fire Gym-level 90-100
-Do not ask to be teleported places

Entering Into The World

Ok so you are now a pokemon or a trainer with a new pokemon at lvl 1. Where do you train? Simple question to answer. You train on dummies till level 20 at the school Left of New Life Town. So I bet your wondering How do I train after level 20?, And the answer to that is by killing NPC's or other player pokemon. Bummer isn't it.
-Don't complain about this. Trust me when I say it gives the game a better longevity in the end. Plus you get more fighting experience from attacking then you do on the dummies so maybe one day you can beat me XD (just kidding many can already beat me)

Misc. Things

The pokemon marts sell
Pokeballs- 200 pokedollars
Greatballs- 500 pokedollars
Burn Heal- 200 pokedollars
Paralyze Heal- 200 pokedollars
Potion- 300 pokedollars
Ice Heal- 200 pokedollars
Awakening- 200 pokedollars
Antidote- 200 pokedollars
HP Up- 4900 pokedollars This boost a pokemons HP by 1
Protein- 4900 pokedollars This boost a pokemons Attack by 1
Iron- 4900 pokedollars This boost a pokemons Defence by 1
Zinc- 4900 pokedollars This boost a pokemons Special Defence by 1
Carbos- 4900 pokedollars This boost a pokemons Speed by 1
PP Up- 4900 pokedollars This boost a pokemons PP by 2 on a selective move
Calcium- 4900 pokedollars This boost a pokemons Special Attack by 1

What is Special Attack/Defence?
- Its any move that is not physical... Such as Psychic. If you have a high Sp attack then it does more damage, and if you have a high sp defence it decreases the damage done to you.

Does Speed actually work?
-Yes, it does actually. And on some pokemon the speed stat affects moves.

Can I be a Gym Leader/Org. Leader/Elite 4?
-If the position is open then there is likely be a tournament soon for it. Check the Calendar or the forums for dates. There is a requirement for each rank. Please have the requirement before hand.

Can I be GM?
-No

Why?
-You asked.

Why are all the GM's assholes and abusive?
-I cant answer that but If you have a problem with a GM please report them on the forum.

Can a GM fix my breeding verbs?
No, only a Owner or co owner can fix it. Dont pester asking people all the time to fix it either its annoying...

I can't seem to beat a gym will someone help me?
-Personally for me this should be a rule cause I look down on people that do this. I work hard for my badges and refuse help. BUT as of now its not a rule and you can do it.

What attacks do my pokemon learn?
-Check your attack list under commands.

What's the age thingy?
-It starts when you graduate from school. It simply is a way for people to show how long they've been playing. I think at a certain age you get something. Don't know what yet XD and maybe its a surprise.

How do I graduate?
-To graduate you simply just attend the classes held by a teacher. Don't pester a teacher as soon as they get on. They will hold a class when they are ready.

How do I get a job?
-You get a job by graduating from school and allowing the ager to start. When you get 18 you can be assigned a job. The current jobs are Police, Nurse, and Teacher. You don't have to be assigned a job and just because you turned 18 don't mean you will get one.

Is Lengendary pokemon in the game?
-Not at the moment, oppose to what the hub picture says, there isnt any in the game as of yet.

This host sucks! Can I please be the host or can you find a better one?
-Ok for starters Flame48 is a great host. His computer doesn't lag. The game lags. There is pokemon constantly moving and when people are training in the training zones those pokemon (mostly the upper level ones) use attacks such as AOE's and scatter shots. They also spam attacks so all together the NPC's cause the lag NOT FLAME.
